just came back from a night of dancing like a dork b^ - ^d

went out with jose and his friend alex-something-that's-really-long

they were a lotta fun and alex reminded me a lot of lee. but alex is so much better looking. ^ ^u

so i arrived there around 10. we talked for a while then headed inside.

the dj was already playing something. i managed to doge their invitation to go on the dance floor. however at the bar a really friendly woman started to talk to me. she was really hyper =^ ^= we introduced ourselves and got to talking, and then i blabbed out how i'm afraid to dance and before i know it she dragged me out of my seat and pulled me onto the dance floor. haha . . . i think she's just so awesome!

once i was on the dance floor i couldn't go back. not because i didn't want to, but because jose and alex blocked me.

the good news is that after 5min i started to get a sense of rhythm. but bad news is that i'm still not very coordinated. =T___T=

the thing with techno/house music is that well . . . the music is continuous - it never stops - so there's no time in between for breaks.

after a while i guess i just started to make up new moves with some encouragement from jose and alex.

basically i did the bo peep bo pee dance, the tell me dance, and jkim's monster dance - the offbeat and uncoordinated version b^___~

but u know what jose and alex's dance moves were no better coordinated and on cue.

but their moves were more original.

let's see . . . there was the floor sweep, the wave, the i don't know . . . and i few more the i cannot remember at the moment.

over all the night was a lotta fun.

the last time i was able to dance like this was probably jr year in high school.
